Bluetooth LE event handler for the Battery Service.

Handles all Bluetooth LE stack events that are of interest to the Battery Service.

Note

This handler is registered automatically by BLE_BAS_DEF and is called by the SoftDevice handler. The application does not need to call it directly.

[in]	ble_bas	Pointer to the Battery Service instance.
