Bluetooth LE event handler for the Heart Rate Service.

Handles all Bluetooth LE stack events that are of interest to the Heart Rate Service.

Note

This handler is registered automatically by BLE_HRS_DEF and is called by the SoftDevice handler. The application does not need to call it directly.

[in]	ble_hrs	Pointer to the Heart Rate Service instance.
