Bluetooth LE event handler for the LED Button Service.

Handles all Bluetooth LE stack events that are of interest to the LED Button Service.

Note

This handler is registered automatically by BLE_LBS_DEF and is called by the SoftDevice handler. The application does not need to call it directly.

[in]	ble_lbs	Pointer to the LED Button Service instance.
