Bluetooth LE event handler for the Scanning library.

Handles all Bluetooth LE stack events that are of interest to the Scanning library.

Note

This handler is registered automatically by BLE_SCAN_DEF and is called by the SoftDevice handler. The application does not need to call it directly.

Parameters

[in]	ble_evt	Bluetooth LE stack event.
[in]	ble_scan	Pointer to the Scan Library instance.
