Parameters

type	[in] The type of the rate control source.
control_val_u	[in] The pointer of the rate control value. Note the data type is user defined and must align with the selected rate control APIs.

Return values

-EOVERFLOW	The change required is too big, but has been clamped to fit normal range.
-EINVAL	The provided control value is invalid.
Negative	error code for other failures.
0	if successful.
