Reset the response state of the DFU SMP Client instance.

Clears any in-flight response state (including the pending response callback). Call this when the underlying connection is lost while a command is outstanding. Otherwise the leftover response state causes subsequent calls to bt_dfu_smp_command to fail with -EBUSY.
