Parameters

[in]	cli	Scheduler client model.
[in]	ctx	Message context to send with, or NULL to use the configured publication parameters.
[in]	idx	Index of the Schedule Register entry to set.
[in]	entry	The entry of the Scheduler Register.

Return values

0	Successfully sent the set message.
-EINVAL	Invalid parameters.
-EADDRNOTAVAIL	A message context was not provided and publishing is not configured.
-EAGAIN	The device has not been provisioned.
