Register handler for location events.

This function is not needed for clients that call location_init() and pass event handler into it.

Multiple event handlers can be registered.

Parameters

handler

Event handler.

Returns

0 on success, or negative error code on failure.

Return values

-EINVAL	The handler was a NULL pointer.
-ENOMEM	Out of memory.
