Read of the OMA LwM2M Device object Timezone resource (/3/0/15).

Note

This function can be implemented by the application, if custom time management is needed. A __weak implementation is included inside the LwM2M carrier library which will read the timezone from modem.

Returns

Null-terminated timezone string pointer, IANA Timezone (TZ) database format.
