Enable/disable NFC Reader technology LED.

The NFC Reader has several LEDs to indicate which technology is used.

Parameters

[in]	led	LED to set st25r3911b_leds.
[in]	on	If set, LED is on, otherwise LED is off.

0	If the operation was successful. Otherwise, a (negative) error code is returned.
