Fast Pair advertising battery mode. Battery values can be set using bt_fast_pair_battery_set.

This field is used only when the

CONFIG_BT_FAST_PAIR_BN 

Kconfig option is enabled. Otherwise, it should be set to BT_FAST_PAIR_ADV_BATTERY_MODE_NONE or zero.
