Get the current Power state.

Note

This handler is mandatory.

Parameters

[in]	srv	Server to get the Power state of.
[in]	ctx	Context of the get message that triggered the query, or NULL if it was not triggered by a message.
[out]	rsp	Response structure to be filled.
