This configuration allows you to override the Hardware Version resource in the OMA LwM2M Device object (/3/0/18).

Null-terminated string of max 32 characters.

• By default the hardware_version is read from the modem, for example: "nRF9161 LACA ADA".

using lwm2m_carrier.c this option can be set in kconfig by setting CONFIG_LWM2M_CARRIER_HARDWARE_VERSION.
