LE Receiver Test [v1].

The description below is extracted from Core_v6.3, Vol 4, Part E, Section 7.8.28

This command is used to start a test where the IUT receives test reference packets at a fixed interval. The tester generates the test reference packets.

The RX_Channel parameter specifies the RF channel to be used by the receiver.

Event(s) generated (unless masked away): When the HCI_LE_Receiver_Test command has completed, an HCI_Command_- Complete event shall be generated.
