LE Clear Advertising Sets.

The description below is extracted from Core_v6.3, Vol 4, Part E, Section 7.8.60

This command is used to remove all existing advertising sets from the Controller.

Note: All advertising sets are cleared on HCI reset.

MC     Advertising or periodic advertising is enabled on the            Command Disallowed
       advertising set.                                                 (0x0C)

Event(s) generated (unless masked away):

When the HCI_LE_Clear_Advertising_Sets command has completed, an HCI_Command_Complete event shall be generated.

0	if success.
