Configure radio mode.

Configure the radio for the desired operation latency, RX/TX performance and power consumption.

This operation is performed asynchronously. Completion of this operation is indicated by the NRF_MODEM_DECT_PHY_EVT_RADIO_CONFIG event.

Return values

0	Request was sent to modem.
-NRF_EPERM	The Modem library is not initialized.
-NRF_EFAULT	No event handler is set, or params is NULL.
-NRF_ENOMEM	Not enough shared memory for this request.
