Allocates buffer for a packet.

Memory is automatically deallocated after packet sending. If not, nrf_rpc_free_tx_buf can be used.

Parameters

[in]	group	nRF RPC group
[in,out]	buf	Pointer to allocated packet buffer.
[in]	len	Requested length of the buffer.
