Ed25519ph signature verification.

The signature sig of the input message m is verified using the signer's public key pk.

Parameters

sig	Input signature.
hash	Message hash, SHA512(message).
pk	Signer's public key.

Return values

0	If the signature is valid.
-1	Otherwise.
