Ed25519ph signature generate.

The message m is signed using the secret key sk and the corresponding public key pk. The signature is put into sig.

Parameters

[out]	sig	Generated signature.
	hash	Message hash, SHA512(message).
	sk	Secret key.
	pk	Public key.
