Support channel index in standard LE Advertising Reports.

After this API is called, the controller appends the advertising channel index after RSSI in standard LE Advertising Report events.

Note

This API must be called before sdc_cfg_set() and sdc_enable(). Use sdc_support_helper() with this function to make sure it is called at the right time.
