Measurement results for subslots of one measured frame

Subslot is either busy, free, possible or not measured. One bit per subslot in each array. The bit values are defined as follows:

• busy: 1 - subslot was measured as busy, 0 - not busy
• free: 1 - subslot was measured as free, 0 - not free
• possible 1 - subslot was measured as possible, 0 - not possible
