Uncertainty, altitude. Range [0 .. 127] or 255 for missing altitude. The uncertainty in altitude h (in meters) is mapped from the coded number K with following formula: h = C * ((1 + x)^K - 1), where C = 45 and x = 0.025. Range of h (in meters) [0.0, 990.5].
