The RPU uses this value to determine the behaviour once the display_scan_bss_limit is reached. 0 (default): keep scanning; weaker RSSI entries will be replaced so the list stays ranked by signal strength. 1: Terminates the scan once the limit is met, trigger a scan done to the upper layer and scan abort to the lower layer.
